Offering live/work opportunities in the Midtown area of Phoenix, the first phase of Soleil townhomes is now available to residents (submitted photo).

Alice Blakely with The Brokery is now handling sales for Phase One of Soleil, a new 20-unit modern townhome community located at 312 E. Windsor Ave. in Midtown Phoenix. Soleil is the first residential townhome development from architect developers John Labahn of Lab Design Collaborative and Chicago-based architect, Erik Johnson. The 2,097-2,359 square-foot four-story units include 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5-3 baths, spacious roof decks, and 1- 2-car garages. Pricing starts at $850,000.

Labahn, who designed the Ocotillo restaurant just up the street, says he has a special passion for the 3rd Street corridor. He was a champion of the 3rd Street Improvement Project in 2021-22, working closely with the city of Phoenix to beautify the area with 150 trees, shade structures, crosswalks and bike lanes.

The townhomes offer energy efficiency and a clean modern design. The interiors are light and bright with “brise-soleil” – an architectural feature that deflects sunlight and reduces heat within the home. Other sustainable features include independently operated A/C units on each level, EV-capable garages and native desert landscaping.

The visitor center is open Thursday through Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. Learn more at www.sellingsoleil.com.
