The April meeting has been canceled. The Encanto Village Planning Committee generally meets the first Monday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Phoenix College (Willo Conference Room), 3310 N. 10th Ave. April 1 is an observed city holiday (Cesar Chavez Day), which moved the meeting date to April 8.
