In honor of May as both National Osteoporosis Awareness month and National Arthritis Awareness month, Kinesphere offers special Bone Health workshops to help you learn simple ways to combat these diseases.
Every Saturday in May beginning at 10 a.m., Associate Director Lisa Perry leads Happy Feet classes, focusing on the strength and vitality of your feet, lower legs and hips. These classes are particularly good for those suffering from plantar fasciitis.
On Saturday May 18, Kat Myers leads a special Bone Health Qi-Cong and BodyRolling workshop at 1 p.m.
