“Mindful Eating” is a small group class that focuses on learning body sensations, identifying fullness and hunger, and noticing how emotions affect our eating. It will take place 7:15-8:30 p.m. Thursdays, April 10, 17 & 24 at the Desert Song Healing Arts Center, 3232 N. 20th St.
Instructor Lisa Schmidt, MS, CYT, E-RYT, who specializes in weight loss, digestive issues and IBS, uses Mindful Eating practices to explore healthy eating and explain how body image impacts your health and weight. Cost is $120 for the series.
