Enjoy a $25.99 Lobster Special including two lobster tails and choice of two sides (available daily). On Tuesdays, chow down on All You Can Eat Rib Tips for $15.99. Every Wednesday, guests get one order of Philly Crack Wings free with the purchase of one regularly priced order of wings.

“Slab Saturday” features $25 Slabs of Ribs all day. Trapp Haus also recently introduced a new Sunday Brunch menu, available every Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and featuring: Smoked BBQ Shrimp and Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Grits; Homemade Pastrami Hash Topped with egg and cheese; Phil the Grill’s Homemade Pancakes with pig candy (bacon); and Hickory Smoked Brisket Gravy with biscuit and an egg any style.

Also on the brunch menu is the Mr. Burns Side Chick—hickory-smoked brisket burnt end over medium egg with smoked provolone cheese on a toasted brioche bun.

Diners can get their Sunday Fundays cranked up with Bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys for just $15.
