With Hatch green chile season around the corner, Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill is getting ready to debut its Chile Fest Menu. The menu is available Sept. 3-16 and a dollar from every entrée item sold goes to The 100 Club of Arizona.

Some of the special chile menu items include: Adobo Steak Relleno, with roasted Hatch New Mexico chiles stuffed with seared beef tenderloin, jack cheese and caramelized onions; Chile and Herb Glazed Mahi Mahi with Hatch Chile rice; and Pork Tenderloin Sliders, served on a jalapeno roll topped with green chile pineapple chimichurri and New Mexico slaw.
