The Child Crisis Center is committed to preventing child abuse and neglect by supporting and strengthening families through education and intervention, by providing a safe environment for children to heal, and by recruiting, training and supporting foster and adoptive families. More than 400 people attended last year’s event, which raised $24,000.

On-site registration begins at 11 a.m. The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. and features lunch; mystery gifts, raffle prizes; a hat contest; and lots of horse racing action.

Tickets are $65 per person and sponsored tables also are available by calling 602-375-6403. The event is also seeking in-kind contributions and advertisers for the event day program.
