The 27th Annual Coronado Home and Garden Tour is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 2, featuring around a dozen homes and gardens along historic Palm Lane, Granada and Monte Vista as well as Hubbell Street, the epicenter of the Home Tour and host of the Street Fair and Car Show.

To have your car (pre-1970) featured in the Car Show, e-mail home tour@gcna.info for more information and to receive a Car Show application. There is no cost to showcase your car, and you will receive two free tickets to tour the homes and gardens.

The Coronado neighborhood covers approximately 1.5 square miles and includes about 5,000 households. Three historic districts—Brentwood, Coronado, and Country Club Park—make up much of the neighborhood.

The western side of the neighborhood was constructed largely between 1920 and 1930 and reflects the California Bungalow and Spanish Colonial revival building styles; the northern side is predominantly the ranch styles common of the 1940s.

Early Bird tickets are available online now for $12.50. Tickets purchased the day of the tour will be $15 each. For tickets, visit http://www.gcna.info and click on the orange Home Tour button.
