Take the “Improve How You Move” movement challenge at Kinesphere Center for Movement Education, from Jan.12 through March 7.

Instructors certified in several modalities including Restorative Exercise, Gyrotonic Expansion System, and Pilates listen and evaluate to help bodies improve how they move. Taking cues from leading biomechanists, they assist to re-educate the body with a focus in alignment, and healthy load distribution. By doing so, bodies begin to move more freely.

For most, simple daily functions become easier. For many, golf, tennis, dance, skiing or martial arts may be enjoyed with less susceptibility to injury, or pain.

This challenge includes unlimited group classes, free online Self-Care Library videos, three private lessons, and a discount on in-house workshops. Cost is $300; estimated value is more than $500.

All classes are held at Kinesphere Center for Movement Education, 711 E. Missouri Ave., Suite 180. Call 602-532-3111 or email info@kinesphere-studio.com to register or for more information.
