A top-rated local real estate firm founded in Phoenix in 2003, Biltmore Lifestyles Real Estate has rebranded to The Brokery and is expanding with the grand opening of a second headquarters at 4546 N. 40th St.
The new location expands The Brokery’s footprint, which includes a brokerage office in The Arizona Biltmore (2400 E. Missouri Ave.), as well as expands its services, which now include full-service property management in addition to the residential brokerage services.
Originally founded by co-owner and Designated Broker Cynthia Stockwell as Biltmore Lifestyles Real Estate, The Brokery’s top-ranked team, The Suits, had long since expanded operations beyond its office inside the lobby of the Arizona Biltmore Resort, says co-owner Oleg Bortman, leading The Brokery to search for a second, larger office. However, as any real estate professional will tell you, finding a new home in the perfect location can be a trying task.
The office is designed to resemble a house, from the high-tech smart home automatic control systems,to the large, open “living room” housing the reception desk, a lobby with couches and a TV, and an eight-person community-style desk for the team’s real estate agents and brokers.
