True Food Kitchen at Biltmore Fashion Park has launched its summer menu, incorporating the freshest flavors of the season such as watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, and lavender. The new summer recipes are guided by Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory principles and creatively nourish, without sacrificing flavor.

A sample of the summer items include heirloom tomato and watermelon salad; Korean noodle salad; summer tacos with the choice of grilled fish or grass-fed steak; and summer berries dessert with forbidden black rice, watermelon, macadamia nut, and coconut whipped cream (vegan, gluten-free).

True Food Kitchen at Biltmore Fashion Park also is heating up this summer with a specially-priced happy hour every Monday through Friday, 3-6 p.m. Guests can choose from a $5 menu that includes small bites and small salads or enjoy a Margherita pizza and a bottle of wine for $20. On Mondays, True Food Kitchen also offers half-off all bottles of wine (dine-in only).
