Join Duet and its panel of expert speakers as they share insights on how to find hope along the caregiving journey, 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18 at First Christian Church of Phoenix, 6750 N. 7th Ave.
Topics include Alzheimer’s disease and how it impacts family caregivers; the importance of caring for oneself while caring for others; and how to live with grief and change after the caregiving journey is over.
The cost is $20 and lunch is provided. There will be free, on-site, non-medical adult day care available for loved ones, provided by Beatitudes at Home. Reservations required.
