There is good news for people who check out books at any of the Phoenix Public Library branches.
The Phoenix City Council voted to approve the “All Fines Forgiven” campaign. That means this month, all existing overdue fines will be waived and the library system will discontinue its practice of charging overdue fines for anything returned late.
