There is good news for anyone looking for IT and cybersecurity jobs.

The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation recently kicked off Apprenti Arizona to offer new pathways to those looking for positions in those fields. Apprenti Arizona is seeking motivated candidates to apply for these roles. The Valley has more than 8,000 tech companies including Go Daddy, WebPT, American Express and Dignity Health. This industry employs more than 175,000 people, with average wages at about $79,000 a year, 20-percent higher than the national average, according to Apprenti Arizona. There are more than 15,000 people in cybersecurity positions in the state, as well as many nationally known cybersecurity programs and multiple cyber warfare ranges.
