The Brokery will expand its presence in North Central when it opens a new location.
An independent, boutique residential real estate brokerage, it tentatively plans to open its doors this month at its location on Bethany Home Road, east of 7th Street. The Brokery has neighborhood-centered offices that provide high visibility to its clients’ properties in modern showcases. Its number one goal is to offer excellent service and extensive market insight to residents in the community. The Brokery’s co-founders Tucker Blalock and Oleg Bortman are excited to announce the upcoming grand opening while the exact date has not yet been set.
This new office, a mid-century home, is being transformed into a modern workspace with walk-in-friendly areas. It will be The Brokery’s third location in the Valley with one currently located in the lobby of the Arizona Biltmore Hotel and the headquarters on North 40th Street, one block north of La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria. Sam Levy, a North Central resident and Realtor at The Brokery, will call the new workspace his “home,” as will other team members. The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
