If you’re looking for a place to sip tea, bite into an ice cream bar, feast on breakfast, catch up over happy hour, create art, find volunteers or otherwise support the community, check out a new app called LocalBuzz.
Tony Ce, a local entrepreneur, long-time Phoenix resident and owner of Snoh Ice Shavery, and Adrian Gillette are the co-founders of the app. You can download it through Apple’s App Store, Google Play and on the official website, localbuzz.co. LocalBuzz focuses on small businesses, local events and interesting aspects of communities. It allows users to obtain local content anywhere they go.
Anyone can post for free on the app, which divides content into several categories including “Community,” “Kids Stuff,” “Dining,” “Arts & Entertainment,” “Events,” “Fitness” and “Outdoors.”
