Jewish Family & Children’s Service offers a variety of online classes for seniors to help them stay active, entertained and socializing through .

The non-profit organization’s Center for Senior Enrichment will offer Dance and Movement with Michelle Dionisio from 11 a.m. to noon Mondays on Jan. 4, 11, 18 and 25. During the Schmooze Parlor, host Janet Rees will engage in conversations with participants about anything they want to discuss, from 1 to 2 p.m. Jan. 4, 18 and 25.

Engage in the Happy Healthy Hour at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, which will focus on Mindful Self-Compassion, through the Zoom gathering.

Vocalist Nicole Pesce will return to the Center for Senior Enrichment with performances during the Great American Songbook class at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7. On that same day at 1:30 p.m. you can travel virtually on a tour of The Highlights of Paris, with Karen Rudel from Sight Seekers Delight.

The center will hold the Dispatches in Quarantine featuring a video of the last interview with the late actor, comedian, director, screenwriter and author Carl Reiner before his death from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 11.

Chair yoga classes will continue at 11 a.m. every Wednesday. Starting this month, the Ballet Theatre of Phoenix will offer chair ballet classes at noon on Fridays.
