Church of the Beatitudes will offer two musical events this month in its Worship Center at 555 W. Glendale Ave.

The church kicks off its 2022 Jazz Concert Series on Sunday, Jan. 9, at 6 p.m. with the jazz stylings of West by Northwest, a quartet of jazz musicians that features Tom Wakeling, Brice Winston, Angelo Versace and Dom Moio, four of the Valley’s most prolific jazz artists. Attend the live performance in-person (masks required) or watch the event by livestream.

The church’s Worship Center Concert Series opens its 2022 season with guitar artist Dr. Eduardo Minozzi Costa on Saturday, Jan. 29, at 4 p.m. You’ll hear 90 minutes of classical selections from one of today’s leading Brazilian guitarists. Minozzi Costa is the winner of 10 International Guitar Competitions and has performed classically at Carnegie Hall. Attend the live performance in-person (masks required) or watch the concert by livestream.
