Neighbors who are interested in learning more about Karma, a collection of 11 two-story, single-family residences set for completion in summer 2022, are invited to a preview event this month.

The Brokery, a local, boutique residential real estate brokerage, in conjunction with Boyer Vertical, is hosting the Karma Phase Two Release event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at the southeast corner of Bethany Home Road and 13th Place. Guests will enjoy complimentary bites and sips from local restaurants including Luci’s Marketplace and Bluewater Grill, and get a first look at home sites, floor plans and pricing for the six remaining homes in the second phase of the development. Attendees can also take hardhat tours of Karma Phase One homes, which broke ground in November.

Karma is located in the Madison Heights neighborhood and offers three modern floor plans ranging from 2,380 square feet to 2,610 square feet. Each sustainability-focused two-story home will include four bedrooms, 2.5 or 3.5 bathrooms, two-car garages and private back yards.
