Mark Moeremans
In October, Spectrum Medical Care Center, a provider of healthcare services for Phoenix’s LGBTQ+ community, announced the appointment of Mark Moeremans as its new CEO. The company says that, as an advocate for advancing inclusive healthcare and health equity, Moeremans brings a sharp business expertise paired with a community-based leadership approach to the organization.
As CEO, Moeremans will oversee the clinic’s operations and community outreach while guiding strategic growth to further its mission of providing high-quality primary and specialty care for LGBTQ+ individuals, their families, and those living with HIV. He will continue Spectrum’s work to ensure that Phoenix reaches its “Fast-Track City” goals towards ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030 through increased support of existing HIV-related programs and resources.
