Stephanie R. Carter
Stephanie R. Carter is making the move from the Queen Creek office to the main office of Lawyers Title/Grand Canyon Title Agency, located at 3900 E. Camelback Road, Unit 150. In June, Carter celebrated her 22-year anniversary with the Fidelity National Financial family of companies, of which Lawyers Title/Grand Canyon Title is a member.
Carter began her career in the title industry in Illinois, with a stint in Tennessee prior to landing in Phoenix in 2016.
“I have learned each state’s nuances during all phases of the process, from refinancing to purchases to leaseholds/leasehold buy backs to new construction,” Carter said. “This experience also gives you the ability to deal with any party, from the customers, to the real estate brokers, to the loan processors, to the loan officers, to attorneys representing the parties. Having the ability to speak with each party ensures the transaction runs smoothly and keeps the process moving forward.”
