In October, District 3 Councilmember Debra Stark attended the Thunderbird Business Alliance’s Trunk or Treat event (photo courtesy of District 3).

Residents in Council District 3 are invited to a community meeting and food drive on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. The event will be held at The Joy Bus Diner, 10401 N. 32nd St.

During the event, attendees can connect with neighbors, meet representatives from various city departments, and hear updates from the District 3 office, along with special guest speakers from the City of Phoenix Public Works Department.

The event will also serve as a food drive to benefit House of Refuge Sunnyslope, which serves District 3. House of Refuge Sunnyslope provides vital resources and support for men, women and families working to rebuild their lives.

For additional information, contact Councilmember Debra Stark’s office at council.district.3@phoenix.gov or by calling 602-262-7441.
