Starting the week of Aug. 4, Phoenix Public Library began partnering with Activate Food Arizona to bring the Farm Express Mobile Market indoors at select library branches.
Shoppers can find affordable fruits and vegetables and use SNAP/EBT and Double Up Food Bucks (buy one, get one free), with cash and card also accepted. The Indoor Market will be open from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Burton Barr and Cesar Chavez Libraries on Mondays, Harmon Library on Tuesdays, and Palo Verde Library on Thursdays.
