Sunny’s Lounge, a concept by cocktail bar brand Barter & Shake, is now offering Blizzies & Glizzies – new menu items featuring boozy ice cream and hot dogs.
Made from scratch in the back of house, Barter & Shake’s boozy ice cream comes in several rotating flavors, some of which include mint and coffee crunch, with new flavors on the way. The boozy ice cream can now be purchased at the lounge and taken to-go – just in time for the warmer weather.
As part of the new offer, the lounge also has glizzies, a rotating selection of hot dogs, with vegetarian options as well. On rotation, the Fancy Pants, with kimchi relish, sesame and yuzu mayo. Available snacks include Drunk Trail Mix: caramel corn, paprika rye chips, chocolate peanuts and margherita pretzels.
