Each month, Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) offers supportive, engaging programs that help older adults live their best lives. Programs are designed to promote independence and quality of life while providing a sense of community and togetherness.

JFCS Center for Senior Enrichment and Creative Aging programs offer an abundance of diverse experiences that encourage adults 60 and older to move and have fun, offering online classes five days a week. Center for Senior Enrichment classes are available at no cost to Maricopa County residents. Creative Aging classes offer a range of costs, depending on the series.

Coming up in March, residents can enjoy classes such as Fitness Xpress, Fitness Fun, Friday Cool Down, and a variety of classes focused on those living with Parkinson’s disease – from dancing, singing and movement classes. Open paid classes include Beginner Line Dancing; in April, space is currently available for Tai Chi.

For additional information on classes, send an email to seniorcenter@jfcsaz.org, call 480-670-8073. Learn about all of the services available through JFCS by visiting www.jfcsaz.org/our-services/older-adults-services.
