Rusconi’s American Kitchen recently launched a new four-course chef’s menu, which is now available and features the option of chef-suggested wine pairings for each course.

The evening begins with an amuse bouche from the chef; the menu begins with a first course of tomato and burrata salad with marinated cucumbers, shallots, arugula pesto and basil sorbet with an optional wine pairing (Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc).

The second course is a pan-seared Georges Bank Scallops with English pea risotto, edamame beans and ginger carrot jus with optional wine pairing (Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay). The third course includes pecan wood grilled beef tenderloin with potato puree, candied baby carrots and cabernet reduction with optional wine pairing (Browne Family Vineyards Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon).

Topping off the meal is a dark chocolate bread pudding with caramel, chocolate and vanilla sauces with optional wine pairing of chef’s selected dessert wine. The Chef’s Menu starts at $60++; optional chef-suggested wine pairings are an additional $29.

Rusconi’s American Kitchen is located at 10637 N. Tatum Blvd. For additional information or reservations, call 480-483-0009 or visit www.rusconiskitchen.com.
