The home delivered meal program is a referral-based program, which prepares and delivers nutritionally-balanced meals to homebound Phoenix residents age 60 years or older or disabled adults.

To qualify for this program, residents must contact the Senior Helpline at 602-264-4357 (HELP) or visit Area Agency on Aging for enrollment. Residents can find this and other resources available to them at www.aaaphx.org/area-agency-on-aging-programs/in-home-services. The city of Phoenix also offers resources to older residents.
