Through its Creative Aging classes, Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) will host a variety of classes beginning in May at Beth El Congregation, 1118 W. Glendale Ave.
The monthly Wisdom & Words Book Club with ASU Professor, Duane Roen will be held May 12, June 9 and July 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost $15. Color, Texture & Story: Acrylics and Mixed Media Collage will be held May 5, 12, 19 and 26, June 2 and 9 from 1:00–3 p.m. The cost is $135 and includes supplies. Beginner’s Tai Chi by Ping Wei will be held June 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16 from 11 a.m. to noon. The cost is $90.
