Stepping Stones of Hope presents a “One Day at Camp” for kids, teens and adults from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave.
How do you reach out to a child or teenager after they experience the death of a loved one? There is a need to talk about the good times and memories, as well as the pain. In a fun-filled and supportive environment, youth and their families learn they are not alone and realize the thoughts and feelings they may be experiencing are normal.
