Del Frisco’s Grille celebrates National Burger Month in May with the new “Phoenix” Burger, featuring exotic ingredients and a spicy Arizona kick.

Named the Phoenix ($16), this two-fisted burger is topped with candied pepper wild boar bacon, fried and pickled nopales (an edible cactus), and jalapeno-peach mayo made with Arizona-produced Chato Loco jelly.

If the Phoenix is a little too adventurous for your taste buds, try Del Frisco’s standard burgers: the lamb burger, the Grille prime cheeseburger, and green chili cheeseburger.
