The Osborn School District Music Department and the Osborn Education Foundation are partnering with the Seventh Avenue Merchants’ Association (SAMA) to host an evening of “Music and Merriment on Melrose” on Friday, Dec. 4 from 5 to 8 p.m.

Shops along 7th Avenue in the Melrose District, south of Camelback Road, including Figs, Serendipity, Retro Ranch, Rebel Salon & Vintage, Melrose Pharmacy, Harley’s Italian Bistro, Wag N Wash, Pultan & Nororian, and Copper Star Coffee, will host musical acts throughout the evening. Featured performers include the Dan Doyle Quartet, Thermal Blues Express, League of Zeros, Soulective, One Love, Clarinets for Conservation, the North High School Chamber Strings, the Central High School Choir, the OMS Firedrums, and many other musical groups representing the Osborn elementary schools.

Walk the Melrose District from one end to the other and shop, eat, listen to music and donate. All donations will directly benefit the hundreds of students who participate in the Osborn music programs by contributing to instrument repairs and purchases. Come out for a fun night of great shopping, delicious food, and beautiful music to kick off your holiday season.
