Franchesca Gonzales has joined RepublicBankAz as Business Development Officer. She will be responsible for providing commercial financing deposit and cash management solutions for locally owned and operated businesses.

“Franchesca is a trained, seasoned business development professional who understands the challenges facing local businesses,” said president and Chief Executive Officer Ralph Tapscott. “She is extremely committed to providing business owners with the credit and deposit services they need to grow their business from a bank that is responsive to their needs.”

Prior to joining RepublicBankAz, Gonzales was a business consultant and regional director with Direct Connect Payment Solutions. In addition, she has held a variety of positions with Wells Fargo Bank, specializing in providing businesses with payroll, merchant, and credit services.

Gonzales currently is an ambassador with the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, where she actively promotes chamber services and memberships to businesses. She holds a B.S. degree in business management with the University of New Mexico.
