A new product to enter the hair care arena is being offered in Phoenix by Salon Estique, 40 E. Camelback Road, Ste. 105, in the Uptown Plaza.

Olaplex is a stylist’s answer to being able to give clients maximum blonding and/or frequent color changes without breakage, according to Brenda Barnaby, a partner in the salon.

Free of silicone or oils, Olaplex links broken bonds in the hair during and after chemical services, making them stronger than they were before. “We can push hair farther than you every have before without breakage,” Barnaby explains. “We are one of the first salons in Arizona to offer this product to clients, and for only $15-$25 added on to the cost of their hair color, it’s worth every penny.”

The product works with all manufacturers’ hair colors and does not affect future coloring services. In fact, clients can purchase the product to take home to use once a week to strengthen hair further or to use as a pre-treatment to a future chemical service.
