Mark-Taylor to manage three new properties

Mark-Taylor Residential was named manager of three trendy urban communities for third-party developers in the central Phoenix area.

Luxury metropolitan communities Domus (4445 N. 36th St.), Level at Sixteenth (1550 E. Campbell Ave.) and the under-construction @51 community (5251 N. 16th St.) are now part of the company’s management portfolio. All three communities are infill and/or renovated projects within a 5-mile radius in the Central Phoenix/Camelback corridor. The communities add more than 800 units to the company’s growing management portfolio.

To help staff these new properties and others coming online, Mark-Taylor is actively recruiting professionals in service, leasing and management.
