The Brokery delays neighborhood event

A groundbreaking event for a single-family development coming to North Central that was scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 20 has been postponed.

Residents, real estate agents and anyone else interested in learning about this new community, which will be called KARMA, had been encouraged to attend The Brokery’s “Taste of the Neighborhood” groundbreaking event. A new date for the groundbreaking gathering has not yet been announced.

KARMA will feature eleven, two-story single-family houses located in the Madison Heights neighborhood. These homes are expected to be completed next spring and will offer three modern floor plans ranging from 2,380 square feet to 2,610 square feet. Every two-story home will have four bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages and private backyards.

The architect developer for this community is Boyer Vertical.
