Hair Again offers a fun, hands-on class from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13. Bring in a friend, daughter or mother to learn and share during “Sweetheart Hair.”
Hair demonstrations include braids, fish tails and ponytails; creative curling; blow-dry techniques; and fabulous up-dos. Cost is $25 per person, half of which will be donated to a local charity.
A graduate from Paul Mitchell the School-Phoenix and a former stylist at the shop, Kara McAllister-Dommel purchased the salon in late 2013. She remodeled the shop at 2047 W. Glendale Ave. with a new look. Inspired by Paul Mitchell’s black-and-white theme and fashion maven Coco Chanel, the salon has a warm, shabby chic feel.
Hair Again’s year-round specials include 50-percent off your first haircut, $25 gel nails with nail art and/or manicure, and a pedicure for $35 (first time only on both).
