The Washington Elementary School District (WESD) will host a series of Teacher Interview Fairs to hire teachers for the 2015-2016 school year. Upcoming fairs will be held 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Abraham Lincoln Traditional School, 10444 North 39th Ave.; and 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at the WESD Administrative Center, 4650 W. Sweetwater Ave.

Teaching positions include kindergarten, elementary education, special education, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, music, art and special needs preschool teachers, as well as speech pathologists. Successful candidates may be recommended for a 2014-2015 teaching contract.

In order to obtain a prescheduled interview, interested teachers (or soon-to-be teachers) should apply online at www.wesdschools.org. Applicants will need to attach the following documentation to their application:
• Copy of most recent teacher or student teacher evaluation, and
• Teaching Certificate
• NES Test Scores
• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or copy of application)
