Trellis, formerly Neighborhood Housing Services of Phoenix, a nonprofit dedicated to making stable homes and communities possible by educating, building and lending, is offering a free Homebuyer Education (HBE) workshop this month.
The class takes place 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Trellis Phoenix Office, 1405 E. McDowell Road. This class satisfies the HUD Homebuyer Education class requirement.
