Kinesphere Center for Movement Education offers workshops in March to help move your Qi, make your hips happy, and nourish your kidneys.

Community Acupuncture with Kat Myers, LAc, and Shelley O’Dell-Brock, LAc, takes place 1-4 p.m. Sunday, March 8. The last treatment will be at 3:45 p.m. Cost is $25. Call or text 480-221-7435 to reserve your spot or schedule a private acupuncture session.

Happy Knees & Hips with Alexandra Papazian is set for 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 21. Your hips and knees are vital to your everyday health, assisting you when you walk, run, dance, and just move in general. Because of the complexity of the hip/knee kinetic chain, issues arising at either joint almost always tend to involve the other. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of hip and knee anatomy to better understand these joints’ roles and functionality. You will also learn and practice exercises to strengthen the corresponding musculature for better ease of movement. Cost is $35 if reserved by March 11, $40 after. Call 602-532-3111.

A Bodyrolling & Auricular Acupuncture workshop conducted by Kat Myers will take place 1-3 p.m. Sunday, March 29. Move your Qi with gentle QiGong and bodyrolling. Experience sacred sound with gong and acutonics. Enjoy an auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment. Learn about your kidney meridian and kidney nourishing herbs. Space is limited to 15. Pre registration is required. Cost is $40 pre-paid, $50 at the door. Call or text 480-221-7435 to reserve your spot.
