The Classy Kitchen, an upscale kitchen consignment store with a venue to offer BYOB kitchen-related demonstrations, has new ownership.

Linda Klein and Terri Mainwaring, who opened the store at 7118 N. 7th St. in early 2014, passed the official pitcher to new owners Sandy and Butch Grunow on July 1. The Grunows come from a long line of Phoenicians with all their grandparents arriving in the 1920s.

Klein and Mainwaring continue to be a part of The Classy Kitchen family by working in the store each week. The Classy Kitchen is now open seven days a week. Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays; and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sundays.
