Flower Child, Sam Fox’s rapidly growing healthy fast-casual restaurant, is helping North Central residents start the weekend on the right foot by introducing breakfast at its new Uptown location, 100 E. Camelback Road.

Breakfast is served 9-11 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays, and the menu features bowls or whole wheat wraps filled with your choice of the Late Riser (eggs, quinoa, heirloom bean, avocado, roasted chile, salsa, corn, Greek yogurt and queso blanco); Vegan Hash (smoked tofu, portabella mushroom, organic potato, charred onion, avocado hummus, cilantro and fresh turmeric); Green Garden (eggs, spinach, roasted Brussels sprouts, broccoli, charred onion, Tuscan kale pesto, Greek yogurt, and prairie breeze cheddar); or the Protein Scramble (eggs, smoked turkey, gouda, organic potato, charred onion, arugula, garnet yam, and maple dijon). Flower Child uses cage-free eggs.

You can also nosh on Spiced Maple Porridge, Poppy’s Parfait, whole-grain toast, and gluten-free pastries, and wash it down with organic coffee, iced & spiced almond cold brew, or a fresh-squeezed juice.

Flower Child offers a wide selection of healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an emphasis on gluten-lite items. For diners on the go, there is a convenient pick-up area for takeout orders and a fully stocked grab-and-go refrigerator.
