Saturdays through May 28, come enjoy a DiRTYOGA offering at the Uptown Market, in the east parking lot of North Phoenix Baptist Church, 5757 N. Central Ave. The hour long Hatha-inspired session will be set up in the grass behind the Grower’s Market and commence at 10 a.m. Classes will be led by 500-hour yoga certified teacher Ashley Burns. Burns strives to build an inclusive space to open up and relax.

This grassroots movement began at Grover’s Park in 2012, and expanded to Central Phoenix. DiRTYOGA has been recognized by the Arizona Republic, and deemed “Best Cheap Yoga” by Phoenix New Times.

DiRTYOGA is a community-funded service that runs off your donations; there is a suggested $5 donation. For more information, visit its Facebook page at Dirtyoga.
