Hosted throughout October and November, Crudo’s Blank Space dinner series is back with a can’t-miss lineup for some of the nation’s best sommeliers and wine makers.

Guests will receive a time, date, and name of the celebrity guest sommelier, and that’s about it. The wines will be selected by the guest sommelier; Chef Cullen Campbell will pair a multi-course menu with a hand-selected list of wines from the guest co-host.

On Oct. 11, The Blank Space: Sommelier Edition dinner series will feature Jordan Salcito, the female sommelier who’s shaking up the industry in her role as beverage director for all of chef David Chang’s restaurants, including Momofuku, Milk Bar and Noodle Bar.

On Nov. 1, Crudo will host the man who literally wrote the book on how to be a sommelier, Rajat “Raj” Parr as guest sommelier. One of the James Beard Award-winning authors of the book “Secrets of the Sommeliers: How to Think and Drink Like the World’s Top Wine Professionals,” Parr is the wine director and partner at the Michael Mina Group, who also founded two wineries in the Santa Rita Hills, Sandhi and the estate vineyard, Domaine de la Côte, and recently took over the historic and acclaimed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon.

Each Blank Space dinner includes wine pairings and a multi-course menu. Reserve your spot today by contacting Crudo (3603 E. Indian School Road) at 602-358-8666.
