T. Cook’s at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, 5200 E. Camelback Road, is honoring its 20th anniversary with a limited-time “classics” menu highlighting some of the legacy restaurant’s favorite dishes over two decades.

Crafted by Executive Chef Todd Allison, the T. Cook’s 20th Classics Menu, available for dinner throughout May, is a prix-fixe menu, featuring a starter of focaccia and legendary pesto, followed by your choice of Valencia Paella or Maine Lobster Tortellini, and finished with a Cream Cheese Crème Brulee with guava puree and fresh berries. The cost is $20 per person, not including tax and tip; some special event dates are excluded from this menu offering.
