The Madison Village Marketplace, located at the northeast corner of 7th Street and Glendale Avenue, was sold earlier this year for $20.3 million.
Long held by the Bayless family, the 90,264-square-foot Madison Village Marketplace was acquired by Weingarten Realty from Bayless Investment & Trading Co. The sale was announced in April.
Built in 1997 and anchored by Safeway, the center has just over a 91-percent occupancy rate.
