The Egg White Wrap includes heirloom tomatoes, broccolini, roasted red peppers and asparagus in a whole wheat flour tortilla.

Restaurateur Bob Sikora has introduced weekend brunch at Bobby Q Great Steaks & Real BBQ’s Biltmore location, 3154 E. Camelback Road.

Brunch features a menu of house-made favorites including: Avocado Toast with mashed avocado and cilantro-chimichurri; Brussel Sprouts & Cauliflower Mash with Eggs; Acai Bowl featuring fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries; Chilaquiles; Lemon Ricotta Pancakes; and Short Rib Barbacoa Hash.

Pair them with handcrafted brunch cocktails including mimosas with your choice of orange, pomegranate and grapefruit juices, or a one-of-a-kind Bloody Mary. Grabbing brunch with friends, enjoy Mimosa Bottle Service where you can pick your choice of bubbly (half-off mimosa bottle service) and pair it with your favorite juices at the table. Guests can also enjoy French Press coffee, cold brew, and freshly squeezed juices.
