Veterans can get a free meal on Veterans Day at Original Breakfast House.

The restaurant at 13623 N. 32nd St. will provide a free meal on any menu item or special for the day that normally costs up to $14 to any veterans and active duty military members who show a military ID on Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11. Diners can visit the restaurant from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day.

There also will be live entertainment provided by the Refuge Teen Center and surprise guests and games for families at the restaurant. Original Breakfast House specializes in unusual twists on classic diner food including deep-fried French toast with fresh, seasonal fruit on top, fluffy omelets paired with locally baked breads and homemade jam and grass-fed and finished Arizona beef on locally sourced challah buns.
