There are lots of ways for people of all ages to move, have fun and get fit in the area this fall and winter at community centers.

Devonshire Senior Center at 2802 E. Devonshire Ave. offers Tai Chi classes, with the next session running Nov. 7, 14 and 21, and then winter offerings Dec. 5, 12 and 19. Center members can use the fitness area with treadmills, a stationary bike, leg press, abdominal/back machines and free weights anytime the center is open. Registration for fall programs, sports leagues and free codePHX classes in the city of Phoenix begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. A Mommy and Me Yoga – Beginning class for those at least 18 years old with little ones at least 3 years old but less than 9 years old will continue through Dec. 12.
