Allstate, Esurance and Encompass personal auto insurance customers will receive a Shelter-in-Place Payback during the Coronavirus pandemic. Most customers have received 15 percent of their monthly premium in April and will obtain it again this month, totaling more than $600 million. The quickest way to obtain this payback is to use the Allstate Mobile app.

Allstate also is making its Allstate Identity Protection product free for the rest of this year with no opt-out-requirement. This service helps protect people from identity theft and financial fraud, as well as offers more control over information that is shared digitally.

Allstate customers who are experiencing financial problems can call the company to learn how to delay payments without being penalized. The Special Payment Plan provides auto and homeowners insurance customers the opportunity to delay two consecutive premium payments. Allstate is expanding insurance coverage for customers that use their personal vehicles to deliver food, medicine and other goods for non-commercial reasons. To learn more, visit allstate.com.
