The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America presented by Capital One will hold a pop-up dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 26.

The dinner, part of a larger national tour, will combine food and conversation starting at 6 p.m. at Wrigley Mansion at 2501 E. Telawa Trail. Guests will feast on diverse cuisine crafted by Taste America Visiting All-Star Kristen Kish and local All-Star and host chef Christopher Gross.

Tickets for the dinner start at $225. More exclusive experiences in a private dining or the kitchen are $500 and up.
